Fay: The storm that won't go away » Full Story
Tropical Storm Fay was hugging Florida's Gulf Coast Saturday -- four days after making landfall in southwest Florida. It is expected to make landfall in Louisiana, north of Lake Pontchartrain, on Sunday afternoon and move west into Baton Rouge on Monday and Tuesday, the National Hurricane Center said.
